Pursuant to due call and proper notice, a meeting of the City of Wolverton Council was held on March 8, 2018 in Council Chambers in the City of Wolverton, MN. The meeting was called to order by Nancy Olthoff at 6:15 P.M. Council members present: Lisa Pool, Chad Erickson, Geoff Zibell and Eric Anderson.

Minutes: Geoff Zibell moved to accept the February 13, 2018 meeting minutes. It was seconded by Chad and carried, all in favor.
Bills & Claims: The checks and bills were reviewed Geoff Zibell moved to accept the bills & claims. It was seconded by Lisa and carried, all in favor.
Overdue Utilities:

#4-On payment plan-If one payment is missed shut-off
Correspondence:
Correspondence was shared with the council.
The City of Christine approved the 50/50 split for sewer costs
Engineer/Water/Sewer:
Jessi gave John’s report.
1. Wellhead Protection Plan is done.
2. Water & sewer numbers have been good.
3. Still working on picnic tables.
4. Waiting on bid from In Control.
Fire Department:
Four batteries were purchased. They’ve been on one call since the last meeting.
Rescue: Nancy is still the liaison with FM Ambulance but is not going on any calls.
Parks: None
Streets:
Eric called on the street light repairs again.
Mayor/City Clerk:
Auto-Pay sign-up forms were mailed out with the March statements.
The owners of the bank building would like to put up a temporary handicap ramp. Nancy will follow-up with Justin Knopf as he will be part of the sidewalk rebuild in the future.
Planning Commission: No Report.
Office of Tourism: No Report.

Motion to Adjourn: on March 8, 2018 by Chad Erickson. It was seconded by Lisa and carried, all in favor. Mayor Nancy Olthoff declared the meeting adjourned. The next Wolverton City Council Meeting will be Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 6:15 pm.
