NOTICE TO CITY RESIDENTS
The City Council invites all residents to participate in Cleanup Day on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025. This is a great opportunity to clean up our yards and help make our town more beautiful. City Council members are also available to assist anyone who may need help with their cleanup. Let’s work together to keep our community clean and vibrant! City Clean-up Day will be Tuesday, May 13th, 2025:
T & G Sanitation will be picking up items from the curb the morning of Tuesday, May 13th. Please have all items on the boulevard the night prior to clean-up.
These items will be taken:
- Carpet & Padding (cut in 3 foot sections)
- Branches (cut in 3 foot sections)
- Paint Cans (dried & empty)
- Propane Tanks (must remove valve first)
- Swing sets (broken down)
- Small amounts of building materials
- Household items (furniture, clothing, toys, computers, televisions, etc.)
Items NOT accepted:
- NO paint thinner, NO car batteries, NO cement, NO fluorescent light bulbs & NO car frames.
Items accepted only with a paid tag from the City of Wolverton. These items will NOT be picked up without a pre-paid tag from the City of Wolverton office.
- Appliances (non-freon) = $15.00
- Appliances (Freon) = $20.00
- Car Tires = $9.00 each
- Truck Tires = $14.00 each
The City will offer one $10 discount per household to go towards the purchase of a tag. Please contact John at 701-403-9108 if a tag is needed.
MN Annual Connection Fee:
This year’s fee is $9.72. The city collects this fee from you, our customers and we in turn pay the fee to the State of Minnesota. This fee will be applied to your May 2025 statements.
