Pursuant to due call and proper notice, a meeting of the City of Wolverton Council was held on February 12, 2019 in Council Chambers in the City of Wolverton, MN. The meeting was called to order by Chad Erickson at 6:15 P.M. Council members present: Geoff Zibell, Lisa Pool, and Eric Anderson.

Absent: Nancy Olthoff
Also Present: Justin Knopf, MNDOT

Presentation: Discussion was had about the Highway 75 project which will take place this summer. The road and all sidewalks will be replaced. Storm sewers will either be lined or replaces. MNDOT has been in contact with all businesses and homeowners along 75. Reviewed and discussed the Agreement between the city and MNDOT as well as the resolution to accept this agreement. Lisa Pool moved to approve the resolution. It was seconded by Zibell and carried, all in favor.

Minutes: Lisa Pool moved to accept the January 8, 2019 meeting minutes with the correction that Eric Anderson was absent and the special meeting minutes from January 24, 2019. It was seconded by Eric and carried, all in favor.

Bills & Claims: The checks and bills were reviewed Geoff Zibell moved to accept the bills & claims. It was seconded by Lisa and carried, all in favor.

Overdue Utilities:
Discussed 5 shutoff letters were sent.

Correspondence: Correspondence was shared with the council.

Engineer/Water/Sewer:
1. Busy with snow removal.
2. The water panel is done and Sweeney is working to schedule an installation date with the electrician.
3. Thein Well company- John called Rothsay and Breckenridge. Both cities are very happy with their service.
4. Christine is not interested in any of our Emergency Medical Equipment.
5. Kubota-Rear wiper motor is bad. New motor and wipers for front and back is $585. He will order the parts.

Fire Department: Randy Schmidt stated they would like to have a meeting later next week. Jessi will contact and try schedule for the 20th.

Parks: None

Streets: Discussed snow removal.

Mayor/City Clerk:
1. Jessi has been working with the auditors on the 2018 audit. Auditors were in the office on the 11th.
2. Jessi stated the computer is not working properly anymore and we need to consider updating. Geoff Zibell moved to approve the purchase of a new computer. It was seconded by Eric and carried, all in favor.
3. Discussed updating city ordinances. Jessi will email out a section of the MN League Ordinance book for us to begin reviewing.

Planning Commission: No Report.

Office of Tourism: No Report.

Motion to Adjourn: on February 12, 2019 by Eric Anderson. It was seconded by Lisa and carried, all in favor. Deputy Mayor Chad Erickson declared the meeting adjourned. The next Wolverton City Council Meeting will be Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 6:15 pm.
