Pursuant to due call and proper notice, a meeting of the City of Wolverton Council was held on May 8, 2018 in Council Chambers in the City of Wolverton, MN. The meeting was called to order by Chad Erickson at 6:15 P.M. Council members present: Lisa Pool, Geoff Zibell and Mayor Nancy Olthoff
Absent: Eric Anderson

Presentation:
Minutes: Lisa Pool moved to accept the April 19, 2018 meeting minutes. It was seconded by Geoff and carried, all in favor.
Bills & Claims: The checks and bills were reviewed Geoff Zibell moved to accept the bills & claims. It was seconded by Lisa and carried, all in favor.
Overdue Utilities:
#1 & 2-Both Made payments today
Correspondence:
Correspondence was shared with the council.
Engineer/Water/Sewer:
1. John got a bid from Electric Pump for the sewer impellers. He will get further clarification on the freight and labor and will also get a second quote.
2. Still waiting for a bid on the electric work needed for the water panel.
Fire Department: Jessi contacted Randy. He stated we should have something for the service agreement by the June meeting.
Rescue: None
Parks:
1. Lisa will have the kickball flyers posted this week.
2. Chad will talk to Lanette about funds available for kickball.
3. The campground is full for most of the summer.
Streets:
1. We are on the list for the streets to be graded.
Mayor/City Clerk:
1. A letter from a citizen was discussed. We will be doing further checking on the tree ordinance.
2. Discussion about starting work on a new utility ordinance along with a fee schedule was had.
3. Geoff has been working on the new city website. We will review then he will make it available to the public.
Planning Commission: No Report.
Office of Tourism: No Report.

Motion to Adjourn: on May 8, 2018 by Geoff Zibell. It was seconded by Lisa and carried, all in favor. Mayor Nancy Olthoff declared the meeting adjourned. The next Wolverton City Council Meeting will be Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 6:15 pm.
