Bills & Claims:
a. Josh Jensen moved to accept the bills & claims. It was seconded by Jess and carried, all in favor.
Utilities: Letters were sent

Correspondence: Was reviewed. A complaint form was received about a tenant in the apartments. That tenant is currently being evicted so the city does not need to act on the complaint at this time.

Engineer/Water/Sewer: Lots of snow removal.

Parks: None

Streets:
a. Street lights need to be fixed. A call was placed to Xcel last October and they still have not been fixed.
b. Discussed renting an excavator to start cleaning out the ditches to get the culverts opened up.

Mayor/City Clerk:
a. Deb has decided not to accept the city council position. The council will now need to appoint someone. Luke will reach out to someone.
b. Jess reported that Rothsay, Aber, Sabin, Christine, and Barnesville fire/rescue as well as Darlene Reddy a Wilkin County deputy held a meeting at the city hall to discuss coverage of the city and townships right around us. Sabin is currently who covers the City. They are looking for additional people to join their squad so there would be local people closer for response times. Darlene Reddy will be attending a future council meeting to discuss further with the council.
c. Discussion was held about annual audit requirements. The city is not required to do them every year which would save us a substantial amount of money. The council would like to move forward with audits every other year.
d. Resolution 823 designating a Annual Polling Place which would be the Wolverton City Hall. Josh Jensen moved to approve the resolution. It was seconded by Jessi and carried, all in favor.
e. Chad met with Houston Engineering yesterday. They want to move forward with the original agreement for the levy area. Discussed there being addendum to the agreement that if the city were to expand outside of the current agreement, they would move the levy. Chad will line up our next steps.
f. Complaint about a cat running around town that has bitten a couple of people. A letter will be sent to them with the animal ordinance.
