Presentation:
a. Randy Emerson was here and we discussed the properties in town that need to be cleaned up. The sheriff’s office was given our ordinances and they went through town and sent all property owners a letter of who they deem to be in violation. Their letter gave them until June 2nd or they’d be issued a citation. We have not received an update. We also received complaints from some residents that didn’t feel they should be issued a letter. The sheriff’s office did a blanket review and all properties have to be treated equally.
